Terms of Service

Effective: September 2, 2026

Operator details to fill in: this document is a template — before going live, fill in the Provider's real company details in section 1 (company name, registered address, company registration number, tax number, contact details). The remaining sections are ready to use as written, but having a lawyer review them before accepting paying customers is recommended.

1. Details of the Provider

  • Company name: [To be filled in]
  • Registered address: [To be filled in]
  • Company registration number: [To be filled in]
  • Tax number: [To be filled in]
  • E-mail: [To be filled in]

2. Subject of the service

TradeZ (the "Service") is a technical analysis and data-visualization platform that displays publicly available cryptocurrency market data (prices, candlestick charts, technical indicators) and lets users take their own notes on it (drawings, saved layouts, watchlist).

The Service does not constitute investment advice, portfolio management, or an inducement to invest of any kind under Hungarian Act CXXXVIII of 2007 (on investment firms and commodity exchange service providers, and on the rules of activities that may be pursued by them — "Bszt."). The Service makes no recommendation to buy, hold or sell any specific asset.

3. Registration and user account

Certain features of the Service (saved drawings, layouts, watchlist, paid plans) require registration. The User must provide a real email address they actually use when registering, and is responsible for keeping the password on their account confidential. The Provider is not liable for any damages arising from a password being obtained by an unauthorized third party.

4. Subscription plans and payment

The Service is available in Free, Pro and Premium plans; the features and limits of each plan are listed on the site's pricing page. Paid plans are monthly, auto-renewing subscriptions billed and processed by the Provider's payment processor, Stripe, Inc.

The Provider does not store card details — these are handled exclusively by Stripe, in compliance with the PCI-DSS standard. A subscription can be cancelled at any time, without justification, from Account → Subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of liability

Price data shown by the Service comes from an external, public API (Binance) and is real-time, but the Provider does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or continuous availability. If the data source is temporarily unreachable, the interface shows this clearly and may switch to simulated data — this indicator means real market data is unavailable, not an investment-oriented forecast.

The User bears sole responsibility for any investment decision they make while using the Service, or based on its results. The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss or lost profit suffered by the User.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's interface, source code, trademark and branding elements are the property of the Provider or its lawful licensors. The User may use the Service only as intended and for their own purposes; copying, reverse-engineering or reselling the interface or its content is prohibited without the Provider's prior written consent.

7. Amendment of these Terms

The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. The Provider will notify Users of any amendment via the website, by updating the "Effective" date on this document. An amendment applies to agreements formed after publication and — absent a differing provision of law — to ongoing subscriptions from the next billing period onward.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms amicably, through negotiation; failing that, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian court.

9. Contact

For questions or comments about the Service, the User may contact the Provider at the contact details given in section 1 above.
